Sodium bicarbonate, also known as acid sodium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate, sodium bicarbonate, heavy alkali, and caustic soda, is an acid salt produced after the neutralization of strong alkali and weak acid. It is weakly alkaline when dissolved in water, and can be quickly taken internally. Neutralizes stomach acid, its antacid effect is weak and short-lived. In addition, there is still the role of alkalizing liquid. It is suitable for gastric hyperacidity, dyspepsia and alkalized urine, etc .; intravenous administration for acidosis; topical ear drops to soften staring; 2% solution bath for fungal vaginitis. Veterinary clinics are mainly used to treat gastrointestinal catarrhal inflammation, sepsis and severe diarrhea, extensive burns, and neutralization of gastric acid and alkalized urine. It should be noted that patients with ulcers who may have perforations should not use it; avoid compatibility with acidic drugs. In addition, sodium bicarbonate will produce a large amount of carbon dioxide gas when taken orally, which will increase the pressure in the stomach. It may irritate the ulcer surface of patients with gastric ulcers and may even cause gastric perforation. At the same time, carbon dioxide stimulates the gastric mucosa, causing secondary gastric acid secretion . Spraying sodium bicarbonate in the greenhouse can both prevent disease and increase production. Many diseases such as cucumber powdery mildew, anthracnose, tomato leaf mildew, etc., the pathogenic fungi are difficult to survive under alkaline conditions. Using 500 times baking soda to dissolve the above diseases is very effective. In addition, carbon dioxide is the raw material for photosynthesis. Due to the airtightness in the shed, the carbon dioxide often feels insufficient. After spraying with baking soda, it can be decomposed to supplement carbon dioxide.
