L-Threonine (CAS 72-19-5) is an indispensable essential amino acid for human and animal growth, which cannot be synthesized independently in the body. As the third limiting amino acid for corn-soybean meal feed, it is the core and high-demand additive in the global animal feed industry. In pig breeding, it is specially used for piglet feed and growing-finishing pig feed to effectively reduce piglet diarrhea, promote skeletal and muscle growth, and improve feed remuneration. It is found in eggs, milk, gelatin, and other proteins.|Threonine is an essential amino acid in humans (provided by food), Threonine is an important residue of many proteins, such as tooth enamel, collagen, and elastin.
