Description

Hydroxyethyl urea has a more outstanding moisturizing effect than commonly used moisturizers such as glycerin, while also having a very good coating sensation and excellent skin feel after use. However, glycerol leaves negative effects on testers such as a sticky and thick texture, as well as the production of residues. Compared to other tested moisturizers such as PAC sodium, sorbitol, and urea, hydroxyethyl urea stands out in many aspects. Especially hydroxyethyl urea has higher wettability, easier application, low viscosity and minimal residual skin sensation, and is not shiny or sticky. Its absorption rate on the skin is half that of glycerin.
