It is usually used in skin cream, eye cream, skin lotion, baby care products, sunscreen products and other skin care products.

1. 1,2-Pentanediol has excellent performance as humectant.
2. It has anti-corrosion effect, can be used in preservative-free products to reduce preservative-induced allergies.
3. It can improve the water resistance of sunscreen formula.
