General Information:

Cocamide Methyl MEA (CMMEA) is a mixture of ethanolamines of fatty acids derived from coconut oil, which does not contain DEA and nitrosamine restricted by the European Union. 

CMMEA is a nonionic surfactant, suitable for shampoos, shower and bath preparations and skin cleansers.

This cosmetic ingredient acts as an emulsifier, thickener & stabilizer and foaming agent, can dissolving grease effectively. It has great viscosity control properties as well as foam stabilizing Properties. It also provides excellent moisturization and conditioning to the hair/skin. It exhibits excellent thickening performance in AES/AOS/alcohol ether system or AES/sulfonic acid/alcohol ether system, as well as various liquid wash products containing alcohol ether components.
