1. Pigment properties and parameters

Shandong Caizhiyuan Pigment Technology: Superfine and easily dispersible 4920 iron oxide yellow is a reddish iron yellow pigment. Compared with S313 iron oxide yellow, the red is larger, with good fineness, high tinting strength and hiding power, and good weather resistance.

In powder coatings, the temperature resistance is 180℃/10 minutes; in water-based products, it has good dispersibility; in paints, pigment yellow 83/139 can be combined to reduce production costs.

Ferric oxide content: ≧86%; water-soluble matter: ≦0.5%; pH: 5-7; 325 mesh sieve residue: ≦0.1%; 105℃ volatile matter: ≦0.1%; moisture: ≦1%; oil absorption : 25-35 (ml/100g); relative color difference: ≦1, relative tinting strength: 95-105%.
