Application

Generally speaking,99.5% Magnesium Sulfate can be used as fabric dyeing agent, weighting agent, mordant. As a magnesium salt, it can be used as a mordant, so that the dyeing speed is fast, dyeing firm, not easy to fade.

At the same time, in recent years, printing and dyeing wastewater is a great harm to the environment of a kind of industrial wastewater, emissions, high chromaticity, refractory organic matter, and waste water treatment to bring very great difficulty, using conventional processing methods cannot satisfy, so it is necessary to seek a simple and cheap method of magnesium sulfate effective decolorization of printing and dyeing wastewater, in recent years, both at home and abroad to carry out the research of magnesium salt method, The decolorization principle is that magnesium salt is hydrolyzed with alkali to generate positively charged magnesium hydroxide precipitation, which strongly adsorb negatively charged anionic dyes and decolorize dye wastewater. Using magnesium sulfate to treat acid dye wastewater, the effect is better, the chromaticity after treatment reaches 99%. Magnesium salt method can effectively remove water soluble acid dyes, and the decolorization rate can reach more than 98% under suitable conditions.

Storage

99.5% Magnesium Sulfate should be stored in a cool and ventilated warehouse away from fire heat source ,should be separated from acids, do not mix storage area ,should be equipped with appropriate materials to absorb leakage.
