1. Product introduction:

   This product is a new generation product made by copolymerization of styrene esters, which can effectively combine with starch to form a thin layer on the surface of the paper to reduce paper powder, improve water resistance, air permeability and surface strength. Compared with the past sizing, it has extremely excellent performance, which can not only reduce costs, but also improve production efficiency.

2. Specifications:

Appearance：  Milky white to reddish milky liquid

Viscosity ：  below 200mpa.s (25℃)

Ionicity：  Cationic

Solid content ： 28±1%

PH value ：3—5

3. Application:

Improve the surface strength of paper.

Improve the printability of paper.

Improve the water resistance of paper and reduce internal sizing agent.

Has excellent mechanical stability.

4. Use method:

1). The dosage is 2-5kg/t paper

2). When the surface sizing starch solution is cooled to below 50°C, add about 5-10% of the emulsion relative to the starch.

3). It can be used together with fluorescent whitening agent and direct dye to the surface sizing place.

5. Package and Storage:

200kg or 1000kg polyethylene drums.

1). Avoid mixing with anionic additives at the same position and at the same time.

2). Storage temperature: indoor storage at 4-30℃, avoid direct sunlight, and store in a cool place.

3) . Shelf life: 6 months at room temperature.
