PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

X-102 is a solvent-based organic silicon defoamer with good product stability and strong foam suppression performance. Key recommended industries: petroleum industry (including crude oil transportation, oil-gas oil-water separation, delayed coking, refining and processing), oily systems, etc.

FRATURES

● The substance components of the antifoam do not contain the substances listed in the SVHC list of the REACH Regulation.

● Antifoaming agent component does not contain NP, APEO.

● Good compatibility with petroleum solvents and can be diluted with solvents (kerosene, xylene, etc.)

● Composed of polydimethylsiloxane.

HOW TO USE

● This product cannot be diluted with water. XINYUE Company will not bear any negative consequences because of incorrect usage.

● It is suggested the defoamer should be diluted with solvents (such as kerosene, dimethylbenzene ) before using. When it is used, the product should be added in the place where the defoamer is easy to disperse easily.

PACKAGE AND STORAGE

The product is available in 25Kg, 1000Kg plastic buckets. This product can be stored as a normal chemical, away from heat sources and direct sunlight. Don’t add acid, alkali, or salt to this product. Ensure the container is sealed after using.

If burning, put out the fire according to the extinguishing method for general petroleum products .When stored between 5 and 40℃ (41-104℉) in the original unopened containers, the product is usable 24 months from the date of manufacture.
