      Mono Ammonium Phosphate

Ammonium dihydrogen phosphate, also known as monoammonium phosphate, is a kind of inorganic compound, chemical formula NH4H2PO4,Ammonium dihydrogen phosphate is a colorless transparent tetragonal system of coarse or fine crystal, slightly soluble in ethanol, insoluble in acetone, mainly used as wood, fabric, paper fire retardant, also can be used as fertilizer, bread improver, food additives.

Relative density (19℃) 1.803, melting point 150℃. Soluble in water, slightly soluble in alcohol, insoluble in ketone. Stable in the air, heating to 100 ~ 110℃ will not lose ammonia; Heating above 130℃ begins to decompose, and gradually release ammonia and water, to produce ammonium metaphosphate and phosphoric acid mixture. Its aqueous solution is acidic, and 1% solution has a pH of 4.5.

Used as an anode corrosion inhibitor in circulating water and boiler water treatment, ammonium dihydrogen phosphate, like chromate, forms a fairly hard protective film on metal surfaces. Ammonium dihydrogen phosphate can be used as a culture agent for organisms in the biochemical treatment of water

securityPhosphoric acid vapor can cause nasal mucosa atrophy I has quite strong corrosion effect on the skin, can cause skin inflammatory diseases, can cause systemic poisoning phenomenon. The maximum allowable concentration in the air is 1mg/m3. Production personnel should wear protective equipment when working, such as overalls, rubber gloves, rubber or plastic aprons, rubber boots. Pay attention to the protection of respiratory organs and skin. In case of accidental splash on the skin, rinse immediately with plenty of water. After the phosphoric acid is washed away, you can generally apply red mercury solution or gentian purple solution to the affected area.

Phosphoric acid with polyethylene plastic bucket or steel plastic bucket, barrel mouth must add inner cover and outer cover tightly closed. Net content per barrel 25kg, 30kg, 35kg, 200kg, 330kg. When users have special requirements, supply and demand negotiation. Handle with care when transporting. It is strictly prohibited to be exposed to the hot sun and hit violently to prevent the container from breaking. The packaging shall be clearly marked, indicating: name of manufacturer, address of manufacturer, name of product, specification, grade, lot number, net content, date of manufacture, trademark and the number of this standard. Belong to the second class inorganic acid corrosion articles, danger number; GB 8.1 Class 81501. UN N0.1805; IMDG CODE 8024 pages, Class 8.1. Store in a cool, ventilated warehouse. High concentration of phosphoric acid in cold winter areas should pay attention to heat preservation, prevent icing, prevent container rupture leakage. Do not store and transport with alkali, toxic and other corrosive goods. In case of fire, dry sand and dry powder fire extinguisher can be used.
