Reactivity Profile:2-CHLORO-N,N-DIMETHYL-1-PROPANAMINE HYDROCHLORIDE is incompatible with strong oxidizing agents. (NTP, 1992). Amines are chemical bases. The amount of heat that is evolved per mole of amine in a neutralization is largely independent of the strength of the amine as a base.
