Application

Sesamol occurs naturally in sesame oil in very small amounts. This product is an aromatic phenolic compound that can react with acids, aldehydes, alcohols (phenols) and other compounds to generate ester and ether derivatives. It is widely used in the preparation of a series of fine chemicals such as antifungal and antibacterial agents, anticancer and antihypertensive drugs, and hair conditioners for high-end shampoos. It is an expensive chemical and pharmaceutical intermediate raw material and has good development and utilization value. Application prospects. It is also an important intermediate in the synthesis of anti-cancer drugs and pesticide synergists, and also serves as an intermediate for anti-hypertensive and cerebrovascular disease drugs.
