Application

It has excellent diffusion performance, no permeability and foaming. Resistant to acid, alkali, hard water and inorganic salts. It has no affinity for fibers such as cotton and linen, and can be used with proteins and nylon, but cannot be mixed with cationic dyes or cationic surfactants. pH (1% solution) is near neutral.
This product is mainly used as dispersant and filler for vat dyes and disperse dyes. It has the advantages of good grinding effect, good dispersion, heat resistance and high temperature dispersion stability. It is more resistant to high temperatures and more stable than dispersant N. This product can make dyes bright in color, increase in color power, and achieve uniform coloring. It can also be compounded with various dispersants to meet the commercialization requirements of various disperse dyes and vat dyes. It can also be used as an early-strength water-reducing agent for concrete. It can be used as a dispersant during vat dye grinding and vat dye suspension dyeing. As well as stabilizers for latex in the rubber industry and tanning aids in the tanning industry.

Usage

Pour this product into the sanding pot and sand it according to the formula. After the sanding is completed, add other ingredients and proceed to the next process. The liquid dispersant should be stirred thoroughly before use, and then placed in a sand grinder.

Package & Storage

1. The powder is packed in plastic woven bags lined with plastic bags. The net weight of each bag is 50kg±0.25kg. Liquids are packed in plastic barrels, which must be sealed to prevent water leakage or evaporation and drying. Tank trucks can also be used for transportation.
2. Be careful not to encounter sharp objects during transportation to avoid the package being damaged and getting damp. If it gets damp, prepare a solution with a certain concentration for use.
3. The powder should be stored in a ventilated, dry and cool place. The validity period is two years.
