Hydrophilic Block Silicone Oil CY-4881 is new type of three-component block copolymer of polysiloxane, polyamine and polyether. The product is an upgraded and updated one of common Block Silicone Oil, and overcomes its drawbacks of poor stability, hydrophobicity and non-redyeing.

Appearance：Colorless or canary yellow transparent fluid

Ionic Character: Cationic

Main components: three-component block copolymer of polysiloxane, polyamines and poluether.

Solid content(%): 48-50%
