Description & Applications: Alpha terpineol synthetic is refined from pine oil which is hydrated from alpha pinene or gum turpentine oil, alpha terpineol natural is isolated from essential oil. Thanks to its characteristic lilac odor, low cost and high stability, alpha terpineol is widely used as a basic component in lilac, lime, pine perfumes and flavors. Alpha terpineol can also be used as raw material for the production of alpha terpinyl acetate and alpha dihydroterpineol.
