Brief Introduction:

N-ethyl-2-(isopropyl)-5-methylcyclohexanecarboxamide, also called Menthol Carboxamide or Cooling Agent WS-3, which is a white crystalline solid with a melting point of 97.2℃, a flash point of 100℃ (closed cup), a boiling point of 340.5℃(@760mm Hg), and a slight mint-like cooling taste.
Mainly used as a flavor additive in food and beverages to give products a mint flavor.
