1. Product Introduction:

This flame retardant is halogen-free flame retardant in nylon materials, serving as a new halogen-free composite formulation for nylon, with a dosage of 16-17%. During the flame retardation process, it forms a strong and stable carbon, which not only protects the polymer but also prevents the further spread of the flame. Its flammability rating can reach UL94V-0 (1.6mm). The dosage of flame retardant must be determined according to the polymer used, glass fiber content, and application. This flame retardant possesses good expandability and thermal stability.

2. Specification:

Appearance: white powder

The Content of Nitrogen %: 42-44%

The Content of Phosphorus %: 12-14%

The content of water: ≤0.2%

Powder particle size:   D50%:≤10um

20℃ water solubility：<0.01g/100ml

Bulk Density: around 300kg/m3

Proportion: 1.85g/cm3

3. Packaging and Storage:

25kg/ bag, compound bag with with polythene inner. Stored in a well-ventilated and cool place, avoiding moisture.
