    Non-dripping PP flame retardant QB-B03K 

    (flame retardant powder UL94 V0)

     

    Name:Eco-friendly halogen-free intumescent flame retardant

    Application:PP injection

     

    Features

    • High flame retardant efficiency, non-dripping with grade V0, good compatibility and dispersion, no blooming, excellent stainability.
    • Halogen free, Eco-friendly inflation phosphorus and nitrogen series flame retardant; meet SGS and SONY standard.
    • High thermal stability, good mechanical properties, especially with excellent impact resistance and toughness.
    • With excellent Anti-dripping and electrical properties, especially suitable for electrical or electronic industry. 

     

    Recommended dosage 

    • Flame retardant: 22-28%, polypropylene PP: 72-78%.
    • Other additions: based on requirements; no need add other lubricant agent. At most 30% glass fiber can be added. CaCO3 filler cannot be added.
    • The mixture is kneaded in a high speed mixer. Twin-screw machine is needed.    

     

    The processing technology

    • Recommended extrusion processing temperature: 175-190℃, 120 rpm/min
    • Injection molding temperature: 190-205℃;
    • Dry at 80-100 ℃ before injection.

     

    Package, storage and delivery:

    • Package: 25 kg/bag Standard package: Inner (Plastic film) and outer: (Paper bag or woven bag).
    • Storage: stored in a shady and dry storehouse about 12 months.
    • Delivery:transport as non-dangerous goods.
    • Non-toxic and harmless to human body for routine use and contact.
