Intro
Tetracycline hydrochloride is a broad-spectrum antibiotic with bactericidal effect in high concentrations. In addition to common gram-positive bacteria, gram-negative bacteria and anaerobic bacteria, Most Rickettsiae, Mycoplasma, Chlamydia, Atypical Mycobacterium, Spirochaeta, actinomyces, Anthrax, Listeria monocytogenes Chemicalbook, Clostridium, nocardia are sensitive to this product. The action of this product against gram-positive bacteria is better than gram-negative bacteria, but enterococcus and penicillin-resistant gonococcus are resistant to it. This product has good antibacterial action against Vibrio, Brucella, Campylobacter, Yersinia and other gram-negative bacteria, and has no antibacterial activity against Pseudomonas aeruginosa.

Nature
Tetracycline hydrochloride is yellow crystal, odorless. Bitter. It absorbs moisture easily. The color of the light gradually darkens. Soluble in water and methanol. Ethanol, insoluble in ether, hydroxyl. It is an antibacterial substance from the culture Chemicalbook liquid of the actinomyces aureus, and has a good inhibitory effect on gram-positive bacteria, negative bacteria, Rickettsia, filtration virus, spirochaeta genus and even protozoa, while it is ineffective on tuberculosis bacteria and Proteobacteria.

Use
Tetracycline hydrochloride is an antibiotic used to treat non-bacterial infections such as chlamydia infection, Rickettsial disease, mycoplasma pneumonia and relapsing fever. Also used for brucellosis, cholera, rabbit fever Chemicalbook disease, rat bite fever, anthrax, tetanus, plague, actinomycosis, gas gangrene and sensitive bacteria caused by respiratory system, bile duct, urinary tract infection and skin soft tissue infection.
