Spectinomycin dihydrochloride pentahydrate is an aminocylcitol antibiotic which is closely related to the aminoglycosides. it has strong inhibition ability to gram negative bacteria and positive bacteria and mould. Such as staphylococcus aureus, streptococcus, escherichia coli, salmonella, bacilli and mould and some vibrios are effective. It is an antibiotic used in the treatment and control of infectious bacterial enteritis in animals. Used in drug testing against nonreplicating mycobacterium tuberculosis.

1.Lincomycin HCL can be used as antibiotic drug for human and also can be used  as veterinary medicine. It is primarily against gram-positive pathogens, and not effective
against gram-negative bacteria such as Neisserie 
gonorrhoeae or Neisseria meningitidis,also used against 
susceptible strains of streptococci, pneumococci, and staphlylococci which usually can also be treated with penicillin or erythromycin
