Introduction
[2-[2-(Fmoc-amino)ethoxy]ethoxy]acetic acid is a key intermediate compound for the synthesis of anti-AIDS drug elabot and diabetes drug semaglutide. This modified PEG and its homologues can also be used in drug research and development. For example, it can be used to modify protein drugs, peptide compounds, liposomes, and small molecule drugs through coupling reactions.
Uses
[2-[2-(Fmoc-amino)ethoxy]ethoxy]acetic acid is an organic synthesis intermediate and pharmaceutical intermediate, which can be used in laboratory research and development and chemical pharmaceutical synthesis. Bioactive Fmoc-8-amino-3,6-dioxaoctanoic acid (Fmoc-NH-PEG2-CH2COOH) is a degradable ADC linker for antibody drug conjugate (ADC) synthesis.
Fmoc-8-amino-3,6-dioxaoctanoic acid is also a PEG-based PROTAC linker that can be used in the synthesis of PROTAC.
