Product Instruction:
Sperm amine, also known as triazine hydrochloride, is a type of polyamine. Widely distributed in organisms, it is biosynthetically synthesized from putresci-ne (butylamine) and adenosylmethionine. Sperm amine can inhibit neuronal synthase, bind and precipitate DNA; It can also be used to purify DNA binding proteins and stimulate T4 polynucleotide kinase activity. On September 1, 2013, scientists from Germany and Austria collaborated to study that spermidine may prevent the onset of Alzheimer's disease.

1.Triggering cell phagocytosis
The natural substance spermidine may prevent age-related memory decline, as a result of collaborative research by scientists from Germany and Austria. On September 1, 2013, this achievement was published in the online edition of Nature Neuroscience. [1]
The research conducted by a collaborative team of Professor Stephen Sigurst from the Free University of Berlin in Germany and Professor Frank Madeo from the University of Karl Franz in Austria shows that spermidine can restore the performance of the brain in older fruit flies to the level of youth. In biology, the memory process of flies and mice is similar to that of humans at the molecular level. Therefore, scientists believe that this study will help develop drugs to delay the onset of Alzheimer's disease.
Biologists have been able to demonstrate that the endogenous substance spermine can trigger autophagy in cells. In October 2009, Professor Madeo published a related paper titled "Sperm induced autophagy promotes longevity" in Nature Cell Biology. Further research by the joint research team has shown that feeding fruit flies spermidine significantly reduces the amount of protein clotting in their brains, leading to an increase in their memory ability. This result was validated through measurement, as fruit flies memorize what they have learned through classical Pavlovian conditioning and adjust their future behavior accordingly.
Scientists say that research applied to patients is the next goal of the joint research group. Human memory ability begins to weaken around the age of 50. As age increases, this decay will accelerate. Due to the increase in life expectancy, age-related dementia has significantly increased. The concentration of spermidine in fruit flies and humans also decreases with age. If supplementing with spermidine can delay the onset of dementia, it means an important breakthrough for both patients and society.

2. Delaying protein aging
The effect of spermidine on proteins with different molecular weights varies, and some high molecular weight bands are significantly enhanced with the prolongation of spermidine treatment time, indicating the possibility of protein synthesis. However, the percentage of these proteins in the total protein is small, and their effect on medium and small molecular weight proteins is not significant. The main proteins remain basically unchanged during the 72 hour treatment process. From these results, it can be inferred that the role of proteins with different molecular weights in the aging process may be different. Some high molecular weight proteins may play a key role in controlling the leaf aging process. Once these proteins begin to degrade, aging is inevitable, and controlling the degradation of these proteins can delay the aging process, The reason why spermidine can delay its aging may be to promote the synthesis of these proteins or prevent their degradation.
