Product Description
Food-grade xanthan gum is a high molecular weight, anionic polysaccharide polymer produced by fermentation of Xanthomonas sp. using starch as the main raw material. It is soluble in cold and hot water, but insoluble in general organic solvents. It is widely used as a thickener and stabilizer in many fields such as food, condiments, and beverages.

Storage conditions :

The goods should be sealed and light-proof, and stored in a dry, cool and well-ventilated place. Storage conditions for special products are treated differently.
