Product description

Acyclovir is a synthetic purine nucleoside analogue.It is mainly used for various infections caused by herpes simplex virus, and can be used for initial or recurrent skin, mucous membrane, genital infection and HSV infection in immunodeficiency patients.As the preferred drug for the treatment of HSV encephalitis, it is superior to arabidine in reducing morbidity and mortality.It can also be used for herpes zoster, Epstein-Barr virus, and chickenpox infection in immunodeficiency patients.Topically applied only to the skin, acyclovir has less skin absorption.

Application

This product is a purine nucleoside derivative, has an inhibitory effect on DNA synthesis, and its anti-herpesvirus activity is 160 times stronger than that of adenosine arabine. It is clinically used for simple vesicular herpes virus encephalitis, herpetic virus keratitis and external genital infection, AIDS varicella zoster virus infection and cytomegalovirus infection, chronic hepatitis B and so on.
