SOP Fertilizer (Sulphate of Potash)

SOP fertilizer (Sulphate of Potash) provides both potassium and sulfur for the plants. The Sulphate of Potash fertilizer does not contain chloride and has a much lower salt index than MOP (Muriate of Potassium). Potassium encourages the growth of strong stems and gives the plant some disease resistance by promoting the thickness of the outer cell walls, also improves the color, flavor, and storage quality of fruit and vegetables.

Sulphate of potash is often used to correct potassium deficiencies in the soil or to increase the potassium content of the soil to improve the growth and yield of crops. It is a water-soluble fertilizer, which means that it can be easily absorbed by plants through their roots.

Usage:
SOP fertilizer can be used as a granular and fertigation (liquid form).

Granular:
Apply at the rate of 0.5 grams for a 10-inch pot.

How to apply:
Ensure the soil surface is already damp. Spread evenly over the surface and rake into approximately 5cm of soil. Good watering is needed immediately after spreading the SOP fertilizer.

Water Soluble:
Dissolve 10g in 5 Litres of water. Stir the water until the product is dissolved completely. Apply this to the soil surrounding the root system and spray liberally over the foliage. Reapply once a week over 3 weeks.
