Application:

Bromo indigo is suitable for dyeing fiber/fabrics of cotton, vicose, wool and silk. It appears to the environmental dustproof particles with very good water diffusion, uniformity of dispersion and anti- cohesion of suspension. It is particularly applicable to high-speed continuous dyeing and continuous padding with automatic mixing owning to its fast speed of reduction. While it is also suitable for hidden color and suspension dyeing processes in deep-dyeing.It is especially for high fastness request areas and irreplaceable by other types.

Storage:

The product must be stored in cool, dry & well-ventilated warehouse. Avoid to be contacted with oxidizing chemicals and combustible organic substances. Keep it away from direct sunlight, heat, sparks and open flames. Carefully handle the product and avoid damaging the package.

The granular indigo is processed by spray drying the slurry of acid washing indigo with additive, it has advantages of:

3. Good wettability and dispersibility, don't agglomerate or aggregate in use, and is convenient for preparing dye liquor.

4. Good storage stability, and don't absorb moisture easily, and has not electrostatic adsorption phenomenon. It can also ensure the homogenic color and brilliant color light in printing and dyeing.
