Immune additive PO-5 is a lipid polymer of phosphorylcholine, which is suitable for specific turbidity and colloidal gold.

Function:

1. Enhanced signals that can be used in immunoassay.

2. Has anticoagulant effect.

3. Prevent oxidative deterioration of some active factors.

4. It has the function of dispersion, emulsification and antistatic.

Action:

Usage: 10-30 times dilution of immune additive PO-5, such as 95ml sample dilution + 5ml PO-5 (that is, 20 times dilution). If the project is used for the first time, it is recommended to do a gradient test.

Chromatography:Preferentially added to the sample diluent, can also be added to the Conjugate pad.

Specific turbidity: added to R1.
