Recombinant Streptavidin polymer(SA)

Streptavidin is a biotin-binding protein of bacterial origin, reported to have a lower non-specific binding ratio than avidin, with a high affinity, binding 4 moles of biotin per mole of protein.

Streptavidin has good thermal stability, and has a certain tolerance to some protein denaturants such as acid, urea, SDS, so that the biotin-streptavidin system has the advantages of high affinity, high sensitivity, good specificity, good stability, and can amplify signals, and can be widely used in immunology, molecular biology, histochemistry and other fields.

This product selects the active core region of each functional fragment for recombinant expression, greatly reduces non-specific adsorption, and avoids false positives to the maximum extent.

This product is a streptavidin mixed polymer (8-12 SA)
