Production methodprocess

The preparation method is to put hydrazine hydrate and ethylene glycol in the reaction kettle, and to put 4-methyl2-aminobenzothiazole hydrochloride under stirring (if 4-methyl-2-aminobenzothiazole, an appropriate amount of hydrochloric acid is also required). After feeding, heat up to 116℃ for pre-steaming. At the same time, nitrogen is injected, the first fraction is collected, and then discarded after treatment, the fraction of 116 ~ 122℃ is collected as low boiling substance, the low boiling substance is concentrated and applied, and then the reflux reflux reaction should be kept at 122 ~ 124℃ for 5h, the nitrogen is maintained, the reaction is over, the nitrogen is stopped, and the temperature is cooled to 30℃. The filter cake is put into the beater, and the beater is added with water at 35℃ for 2h. Then the filter cake is put into the beater cylinder to extract the beater water. Then the filter cake is washed with water to the end point, and the washing water is removed by centrifugal. In the process of reaction, the mother liquor beater water concentrate was concentrated and analyzed with gas chromatography for the content of hydrazine hydrate and ethylene glycol, and then it could be inserted into the next reaction.
