Empty vessel:Dumped as much as possible( for example: dumping, griding, neutralizing or draining until the vessel is completely dried). Delivered to the proper recovery points set in current chemicals or relevant products recycling system. The reusing of the vessels should conform to national and legal regulations and environmental protection law and regulations.
