If swallowed, may cause gastric disorder.

    ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDS :

This product may possibly has no sever damage to aquatic organisms. When put and introduced in the bio-treatment plant under proper condition, degradation activities of activated sludge will not be restrained.

    DANGER OF EXPLOSION:

This product is non flammable but when exposed to open flame or high temperature can cause combustion or produce toxic high temperature vapor.

    4.  FIRST-AID MEASURES

    INHALATION:

Break away offsite to the place with fresh air, keep respiratory tracts unobstructed. If hard to breathe, oxygen will be injected; if breathing is stopped, artificial respiration should be performed immediately. If breathing and heart beating stop, artificial respiration and cardiac compression to be done. Seek medical advice immediately.

    IF SWALLOWED:

Do not let the unconscious person take anything orally and do not induce vomiting. Rinse your mouth and get medical attention immediately.

    SKIN CONTACT:

Take off contaminated clothes immediately, wash with plenty of flowing water for at least 15 minutes, and seek medical advice

    EYE CONTACT:

Lift the eyelids immediately and wash them thoroughly with a large amount of flowing water or normal saline for at least 15 minutes; Get medical attention.

    5.  FIRE FIGHTING MEASURES

    DANGEROUS CHARACTERISTICS:

Not self-ignition based on the structural characters

    HAZARDOUS COMBUSTION

    PRODUCTS

It will form toxic vapor or smoke in case of open fire or high temperature. Explosive mixture may be formed via steam and air

    FIRE EXTINGUISHING METHOD:

Fire fighters must wear full body fire retardant clothing, wear positive pressure self-contained breathing apparatus, and fight fire upwind.

If possible, move the container away from the fire and into the open. Spray water to keep the fire container cool until the end of the fire. If the container in the fire is discolored or generates sound from the safety relief device, it must be removed immediately.

Extinguishing agent: soluble foam, carbon dioxide, dry powder, water mist.

contacting or crossing the leakage. Prevent leakage from entering water bodies, sewers, drainage ditches, etc. A small amount of leakage: absorb the leakage with inert materials such as sand, silica gel, acid adhesive, universal adhesive, sawdust, and then transfer the material to waste collection containers. Large amount of leakage: it shall be collected by embankment or digging pit, transferred to special collector by pump, and recycled or discarded. Wash the contaminated area with a large amount of clean water for residues. If bubbles are generated in large quantities, silicon oil defoamer can be used for defoaming. The cleaning water should be discharged into the sewage treatment system.

    7. HANDLING AND STORAGE

    HANDLING:

Strengthen ventilation. Operators must be specially trained. Smoking is prohibited in the workplace. Avoid static electricity during operation. Avoid contact with eyes and skin, and wash thoroughly after operation. Handle with care to prevent damage to packaging and containers. Appropriate leakage emergency treatment equipment and appropriate materials shall be provided.

    STORAGE:

Keep vessels airtight. Vessels stored in cool, ventilated warehouses. Leak emergency treatment equipment and appropriate materials. When materials are kept in liquid phase, inert gas(nitrogen) to be used to seal in the storage tank to keep oxygen or air coming into. Long term exposure of materials to air or oxygen will lead to oxidative decomposition of materials. The stability of material color can be maintained by sealing with inert gas.

    8. EXPOSURE CONTROLS/PERSONAL PROTECTION

    ENGINEERING MEASURES:

Provide adequate ventilation, safety shower and eyewash equipment.

    PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT:

Respiratory:  Wear an air respirator when possible contact with steam and fog.

    Eye :  Chemical safety glassed.

    Clothing:  Wear appropriate protective clothing&boots.

    Hand:  Wear acid-resistant rubber gloves.

    GENERAL HYGIENE MEASURES:

No smoking, drinking and eating at working site. Wash thoroughly after handling.
