Product Introduction

PES is a high-performance engineering thermoplastic known for its excellent thermal, mechanical, and chemical properties. PES exhibits good thermal stability and can withstand relatively high temperatures compared to many other polymers. PES is resistant to a wide range of chemicals, making it suitable for various applications where exposure to harsh environments is a concern.

Application

This series coating could be used on inside of aluminum fry pan , wok , soup pot , rice cooker , electric high pressure saucepan , electric saucepan , baker , etc. As for specific use , please do complete applicability test.

Storage & Shelf L ife

The coating should be stored at the temperature of 10℃~30℃, primer and top coat with shelf life for 6 months, freezing is prohibited in winter;
Transportation or storage at the temperature above 40℃ is forbidden;
Roll the primer and top coating once a week at speed of 30rpm for 15min ~ 30min;
The storage place should be well - ventilated and dry. Keep it away from direct sun exposure , ignition and heat source.

Package

Normal package is 20L plastic barrel;
Samples are packed with 0.5L or 1.0L plastic bottle.
