Appearance:

Product Description:

Ferrous Sulfate is a high-efficiency iron supplement used to correct iron chlorosis in crops and enhance soil fertility. Iron is a vital micronutrient that plays a key role in chlorophyll synthesis, respiration, and enzyme activation in plants. A deficiency in iron leads to yellowing of leaves (interveinal chlorosis), poor photosynthesis, and stunted plant growth.

Suitable for a wide range of crops and soils, Ferrous Sulfate is effective as a soil amendment, foliar spray, and fertigation input. It is commonly used in agriculture, horticulture, and turf management, as well as in composting to reduce odor and improve nutrient content.

Applications:

• Soil Application:
  Apply 20–50 kg/ha depending on iron deficiency levels and soil condition. Incorporate into soil or apply near root zone.

• Foliar Spray:
  Use 0.5% – 1.0% solution (5–10 g per liter of water) for quick absorption. Apply during early vegetative stages or when deficiency symptoms appear.

• Fertigation:
  Add 5–15 kg/ha through drip or sprinkler systems.

• Composting Use:
  Add to compost piles to reduce odors and increase micronutrient content.

• Suitable Crops:
  Fruits (grapes, citrus, mango), vegetables (spinach, tomato, onion), cereals (rice, maize, wheat), turfgrass, and ornamental plants.
