By regulating the adenylyl cyclase-cyclic adenosine monophosphate-protein kinase A conduction pathway, it intermittently stimulates the PHT-Ⅰ receptor on the surface of osteoblasts, bone lining cells and bone marrow stromal stem cells to promote the differentiation of osteoblasts and prolong osteogenesis. Cell lifespan; stimulates the proliferation of osteoblast cell lines through the phosphate C-cytoplasmic calcium ion-protein kinase C signaling pathway; reduces the differentiation of stromal cells into adipocyte lines by inhibiting the transactivation activity of PPARγ and increases the number of osteoblasts Increase; indirectly regulate bone growth by regulating cytokines, for example, it can induce iGF-1 to bind to osteoblasts, thereby promoting bone formation; regulate the process of bone formation through the Wnt signaling pathway, thereby increasing bone formation.
