The results showed that the average percentage of weight loss compared with baseline was higher for all doses of Cagrilintide than for placebo, and the weight loss was also greater in the Cagrilintide 4.5 mg group compared with the liraglutide 3.0 mg group.

Effects of combination with other drugs: CagriSema, a combination of Cagrilintide and semaglutide, is superior to semaglutide alone in weight loss.
