Product Detail

Fused Silica powder is an amorphous silicon dioxide powder made from natural quartz by high-temperature melting and cooling. Its core properties include high purity (SiO₂ content ≥ 99.80%), low radioactivity, low thermal expansion coefficient, chemical corrosion resistance, etc. It is widely used in electronic packaging, investment casting, silicone rubber and other fields.

‌Physical properties‌: Mohs hardness 7, density 2.20 g/cm³, melting point 1713℃, boiling point 2230℃. ‌
‌Chemical properties‌: acid and alkali corrosion resistance, low electrical conductivity (≤3 μs/cm), extremely low content of radioactive elements (Fe₂O₃≤0.010%).

Application fields
‌Electronic industry‌: used for semiconductor packaging and circuit substrate materials. ‌
‌Foundry industry‌: lost wax mold materials for investment casting. ‌
‌New materials field‌: filler for silicone rubber and paint coatings to improve high temperature resistance.
