      Product Application

    (1) Used for surface or internal treatment of various foods such as cheese, meat products, baked goods, and fruit juices to inhibit the growth of molds and yeasts and extend the shelf life of foods.

    (2) In beverage production, it can prevent spoilage caused by fungal contamination.

    (3) It can also be used in certain cosmetics or pharmaceuticals to play an antifungal role.

    (4) Applied in the processing of fermented foods to control excessive fungal growth and maintain product quality and flavor.

    (5) Used in the preservation of some fresh fruits and vegetables, forming a protective layer on the surface to reduce fungal decay.

      Product Function

    (1) Effectively inhibiting the growth and reproduction of various molds and yeasts, fundamentally preventing food spoilage and corruption caused by fungi.

    (2) Extending the shelf life of food; by inhibiting fungal activity, it helps maintain the original quality, flavor and nutritional components of food.

    (3) In some non-food fields (such as cosmetics and pharmaceuticals), it can exert antifungal effects to prevent or control problems caused by fungi.

    (4) It can selectively target fungi without affecting beneficial bacteria (like lactic acid bacteria in fermented foods), ensuring normal fermentation processes while preventing fungal contamination.

    (5) Forms a protective barrier on the surface of certain foods, reducing the risk of fungal invasion and spoilage during storage and transportation.
