      Product Application

    (1) As an environmentally friendly flame retardant, it is widely used in plastics (such as polyvinyl chloride, polypropylene, ABS resin, etc.), enhancing the flame retardancy and fire safety of plastic products by inhibiting combustion and reducing smoke generation.

    (2) Used in rubber products (such as chloroprene rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, etc.), it can enhance the flame retardant effect of rubber without significantly affecting its mechanical properties and processability.

    (3) In the coating and ink industry, it can be used as a flame retardant additive to improve the fire rating of coating films, suitable for scenarios with fire protection requirements such as construction and transportation.

    (4) Applied in the textile and papermaking industries, it imparts certain flame retardant properties to textiles and paper through impregnation or coating treatment, reducing their flammability.

    (5) In the electronic and electrical field, it is used in materials such as insulation layers and casings of wires and cables to improve the fire safety of products and meet relevant industry standards.

      Product Function

    (1) Flame retardant function: It can inhibit the combustion reaction of materials. Through ways such as endothermic cooling, forming a flame-retardant protective layer, and suppressing the generation of flammable gases, it effectively prevents the spread of flames and improves the fire resistance of materials.

    (2) Smoke suppression function: During the combustion of materials, it can reduce the amount of smoke generated, lower the harm of smoke to the environment and personnel, and improve visibility and safety in fires.

    (3) Synergistic enhancement function: When used in conjunction with other flame retardants (such as aluminum hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide, etc.), it can produce a synergistic effect, enhance the overall flame retardant effect, and reduce the dosage of a single flame retardant.

    (4) Stability maintenance function: It has high thermal stability, is not easy to decompose during material processing and use, can stably maintain flame retardant and other properties, and has little impact on the mechanical properties and processability of the base material.
