      Product Application

    (1) Electronic ceramics field: It is a key raw material for producing electronic components such as varistors, thermistors, and ceramic capacitors, and can improve the electrical properties of ceramics.

    (2) Catalysis field: It can be used as a catalyst or catalyst carrier in chemical processes such as oxidation reactions and denitrification reactions, e.g., denitrification catalysis in automobile exhaust treatment.

    (3) Flame retardant field: It is often used as a flame retardant or flame retardant synergist, added to materials such as plastics and rubber to achieve flame retardant effects by inhibiting combustion or reducing the combustion rate.

    (4) Glass and enamel field: It is used in the manufacture of special glass (such as optical glass and low-melting glass) and enamel, which can improve the refractive index, gloss and chemical stability of glass.

    (5) Other applications: It can also be used in the preparation of bismuth salts and pigments, and as a control material for nuclear reactors in the nuclear industry.

      Product Function

    (1) Optimizing the electrical properties of materials: As a key component in electronic ceramics, it can adjust the resistance characteristics (such as voltage-sensitive and temperature-sensitive) of ceramics, improve the dielectric properties of capacitors, and ensure the stable operation of electronic components.

    (2) Regulating catalytic reactions: As a catalyst or carrier, it can accelerate chemical reactions (such as oxidation and denitrification). For example, it promotes the conversion of nitrogen oxides in automobile exhaust treatment to reduce pollutant emissions.

    (3) Flame retardant protection: By inhibiting combustion reactions and reducing the combustion rate of materials, it provides flame retardant protection for polymer materials such as plastics and rubber, and improves their use safety.

    (4) Improving the physical and chemical properties of materials: When added to glass and enamel, it can increase the refractive index, surface gloss and chemical corrosion resistance of products, meeting the performance requirements of special glass (such as optical glass).

    (5) Supplying basic raw materials: It serves as a core raw material for the preparation of bismuth salts and bismuth-based pigments, and can also be used as a reactor control material in the nuclear industry to adjust the rate of nuclear reactions.
