Product Detail

Mainly used as an antioxidant for rubber, latex, and plastics. Antioxidant DNP is both a chain break inhibitor and a metal chelating agent, with excellent resistance to heat aging, natural aging, and harmful metals such as copper and manganese. It has UV protection function in styrene butadiene rubber. There is no destabilizing effect on latex and no disadvantage of increasing viscosity. It has a significant activating effect on thiazole accelerators. Suitable for blending in natural rubber, synthetic rubber, and their latex products. Used for manufacturing tire cords, cables, elastic tapes, and other industrial rubber products, latex products (such as medical supplies, rubber pastes), etc. This product is one of the least polluting varieties among amine anti-aging agents, but it still has the disadvantage of turning red when exposed to light or oxidants. The dosage of antioxidant DNP is 0.2-1 parts, and exceeding 2 parts will cause frosting. This product can be used alone or in combination with other anti-aging agents such as anti-aging agent MB, anti-aging agent DOD, anti-aging agent RD, etc. It is especially suitable for use with antioxidant 124 in foam latex products. Antioxidant DNP can be used as a heat-resistant anti-aging agent for ABS, polyoxymethylene, and polyamide engineering plastics, with dosages of 0.5, 0.5, and 0.3 parts, respectively. It can also be used for chlorinated polyether, with a dosage of 1 part. Combined with 1 part of UV absorber UV-9 in chlorinated polyether, it can also provide weather resistance. This product is a less toxic variety of amine anti-aging agents.
