    application
     

    1. As an emulsifier and stabilizer: Poloxamer is one of the few synthetic emulsifiers used in intravenous emulsions as a water in oil emulsifier. Dosage: 0.1% to 5%. The emulsion prepared with this product has fewer milk particles, usually within 1 μ Below m, the absorption rate is high. Stable physical properties, able to withstand hot pressure sterilization and low-temperature freezing. Application example: Fat emulsion infusion for injection. The prescription for Lipomul is 150g cottonseed oil, 12g soy phospholipids, 3g Pluronic F68, 40g glucose, and 100ml injection water.

     

    1. As a solvent enhancer: This product can increase the surface solubility of various drugs, such as salicylic acid, diazepam, indomethacin, and metronidazole, by forming micelles with surfactants. Taking salicylic acid as an example, salicylic acid can be solubilized in two Pluronic types, Pluronic L65 and Pluronic F68. Each mole of Pluronic L65 can solubilize 1.3mol of salicylic acid, and each mole of Pluronic F68 can solubilize 0.93mol of salicylic acid, indicating the stable solubility of salicylic acid in different concentrations of Pluronic. The solubility of salicylic acid in Pluronic per minute (mg/ml x 10000). The solubility of salicylic acid in F68 gradually increases with increasing concentration of the active agent, but in L65, the solubility rapidly increases to its maximum with increasing concentration, but gradually decreases thereafter.


    3. As an absorption enhancer: On the one hand, this product slows down intestinal peristalsis, prolongs the retention time of the drug in the gastrointestinal tract, and increases absorption, thereby improving the bioavailability of oral formulations. On the other hand, this product has good skin compatibility, increases skin permeability, and can promote the absorption of topical agents.

    4. As slow release materials: solid products with large molecular weight are used as adhesives, coating materials, etc. to prepare tablets, capsules, gel, etc. to achieve the purpose of slow release and controlled release, and have achieved satisfactory results. Dosage: 5% to 15%.

    5. As solid dispersants: Pluronic solid model products can be used as carriers for solid dispersions, such as prednisone, griseofulvin, digoxin, digitoxin, and the solid dispersions obtained from this product, greatly improving the solubility of these drugs and promoting their absorption. Use 2% to 10%. This product, which is used as a solid model for cream and suppository matrices, is not only soluble but also promotes drug absorption. When used as a matrix, it can also achieve sustained release.
