Lapatinib was administered orally at a dose of ~100mg/kg, twice a day, and significantly inhibited the growth of BT474 and HN5 xenograft tumors. This effect was dose-dependent in Chemicalbook. Consistent with in vitro activity, Lapatinib treated mice bearing H1975 tumors at a dose of 100-150 mg/kg to delay tumor growth.
