      Product Detail

Ferrous sulfate is used in feed as a nutritional supplement, a raw material for hemoglobin synthesis, and a food colorant. Adding ferrous sulfate to feed effectively prevents hypochromic microcytic anemia caused by iron deficiency. It helps reduce symptoms such as lethargy, edema, breathing difficulty, impaired body function, and poor temperature regulation. It also improves survival rates, promotes growth in livestock and aquatic animals, and enhances disease resistance. Iron-deficient pigs show weakened immunity and reduced antibody production. Without iron supplementation within the first four weeks, suckling piglets become highly sensitive to bacterial endotoxins.
