Potassium Sorbate (CAS:24634-61-5,EINECS:246-376-1, HS Code:29161900, molecular formula C₆H₇KO₂, MW:150.22) appears as white crystalline powder or granules. It is manufactured by neutralizing sorbic acid with potassium hydroxide, then going through crystallization and drying processes.
