Application and performance:

CA300 is a polycarbodiimide water-based anti hydrolysis crosslinking agent, which can significantly improve the hydrolysis resistance, chemical resistance, abrasion resistance and scratch resistance of the resin  when  used  in  water-based acrylic lotion or polyurethane dispersion; At the same time,  it  can  enhance  the adhesion of specific substrates. It can also  be  applied  to industrial coatings (metal, fil m, etc.), woodworking coatings, shoe adhesives, leather, and other fields. And it  is   no n-toxic and VOC free, and can replace aziridine crosslinker.

Typical application methods:

CA 3 00  is used as an anti hydrolysis crosslinking agent for waterborne polyurethane or waterborne acrylic resin, its dosage and usage are as follows:

In water-based polyurethane system, the addition amount is 4-7% of the resin content in the solution, and it is recommended that the drying temperature be higher than 50 ℃;

In water-based acrylic acid system, it reacts with carboxyl groups with an addition amount of 3-6%, and it is recommended to be added into before curing.

Storage:

It is advisable to store in a dark, dry, and sealed condition at a storage temperature of 5-35 ℃, and pay attention to antifreeze.
