Permanent Antistatic Agent PAS018 for ABS and HIPS

Characteristics

It is a long-term internal additive antistatic additive suitable for ABS and HIPS materials. After adding this antistatic agent, the product can still retain very high mechanical properties. This product has low addition, stable surface resistivity and no precipitation, and is suitable for applications requiring excellent antistatic performance (ESD).

Applications

Electronic trays, carrier tapes, carrier tapes, medical instruments, helmets, underground supplies in coal mines, household appliances, automobile parts and other products that need electrostatic discharge protection and dust and suction protection.

Dosage

1. Directly mix with resin  for extrusion granulation. 

2. After unpacking for 24 hours, it is recommended to bake at 85 ℃ for 2-3 hours to prevent moisture from affecting the material properties. .

Electrostatic protection recommended dosage is 13-20% , surface resistivity 10^7-10^10

D ust prevention and suction recommended dosage is 5 - 10 % , surface resistivity 10^ 11

Package and Storage

1. 25kgs/bag.

2. Store in a cool, dry and unopened place for one year. Please use it within 3 months after opening. Avoid direct sunlight.

In order to prolong the service life, please do not store it in an environment higher than 40 C. The storage period has expired. Please do a performance test before use.
