I. Product Overview
The environmental-friendly cyanide-free gold stripping solution is a new generation of special reagent for precious metal stripping without cyanide and high toxicity. It is specially designed for the removal and recovery of gold layers on gold-plated workpieces such as PCBs, connectors, terminals, IC frames and electronic waste. It replaces the traditional cyanide process, featuring safety, environmental protection, fast stripping and no damage to the substrate, meeting the needs of electroplating rework and precious metal resource recovery.

V. Usage Process
- Use the original solution for tank opening without dilution; stirring can improve the speed.
- After degreasing and cleaning the workpiece, immerse it in the working solution, with 40–55℃ as the optimal temperature.
- Take out the workpiece after the gold layer is completely stripped, rinse it thoroughly with clean water, and blow dry or bake dry.
- Add new solution when the efficiency of the solution decreases; centrally recover and extract gold when the gold loading upper limit is reached.
VI. Gold Recovery Method
- Filter the gold stripping waste liquid to remove impurities.
- Add the special gold precipitant in proportion, stir and let it stand.
- Filter to obtain gold sludge, and obtain pure gold through roasting and smelting.
- The treated waste liquid can be neutralized and discharged or recycled.
VII. Safety, Storage and Transportation
- Wear acid-resistant gloves and goggles during operation, and keep ventilation.
- Avoid contact with skin and eyes; rinse immediately with clean water if contact occurs accidentally.
- Store in a cool, dry and sealed place, away from strong acids, food and children.
- Transport as general chemicals; it is not a dangerous chemical.
