Stannous Fluoride is an inorganic chemical compound with the formula SnF₂, commonly available as a white to light cream-colored powder with high purity and excellent stability. It is widely used in the oral care and pharmaceutical industries as an active ingredient in toothpaste and dental care products due to its anti-cavity, anti-bacterial, and enamel-strengthening properties. Stannous Fluoride helps reduce tooth sensitivity, prevent dental decay, and improve overall oral hygiene. It is also used in chemical synthesis, laboratory applications, and specialty fluoride formulations.
