    Mebendazole or MBZ is a benzimidazole drug. It is used to treat infestations by worms including pinworms, roundworms,tapeworms, hookworms, and whipworms.

    Mebendazole (CAS number: 31431-39-7) is a broad-spectrum insecticide and belongs to the benzimidazole class of derivatives. This product is a white or off white, odorless or almost odorless crystalline powder that is almost insoluble in water and soluble in organic solvents such as . It has high purity and stable chemical properties, and is a key active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) for the preparation of deworming drugs. Its quality must comply with international standards such as the Chinese Pharmacopoeia, the United States Pharmacopeia (USP), or the European Pharmacopoeia (EP), and ensure the safety and effectiveness of the drug through strict production processes and quality control.

    Mebendazole is a broad-spectrum anthelmintic.
