Dimethyl Disulfide (DMDS, CAS:624-92-0, molecular formula C₂H₆S₂) is produced by controlled oxidation of methyl mercaptan followed by multi-stage distillation and precision purification process. Our industrial grade DMDS features minimum 99.0% purity with ultra-low water and methyl mercaptan residual content. The product is a clear colorless oily liquid with characteristic garlic-like odor, denser than water (specific gravity 1.062) and slightly soluble in water, but miscible with common organic solvents like ethanol, ether and benzene. Packaging & Storage
